Sign in to Account Management Website
To sign in to Account Management Website (AMWS), on the Sign In page, enter your Connected Backup account credentials:

When you registered your account, you entered an email address and password that the registration process added to your user profile. If you changed your user profile after you registered, make sure to use your new email address and password.
If a technician upgraded your Agent from version 7.5 or earlier, you can enter your account number instead of the email address and the encryption key instead of a password.

If you have an email address associated with your account, you can enter the email address instead of the account number. If you have a password associated with your account, you can enter the password instead of the encryption key.
If you forgot your Connected Backup password, click Forgot Password, and then follow the instructions to get a new password.

If your account uses single sign-on credentials, AMWS displays your corporate SSO Sign In page. Enter the requested information, and sign in.
 
NOTE If AMWS fails to automatically display the SSO Sign In page for your SSO account, do the following to display it:

Click SSO Sign In page.
2.
Type the unique SSO Provider ID that Connected Backup uses to identify your corporate Identity Provider (IdP), and then click Go.
If you own multiple Connected Backup accounts with the same credentials, AMWS lists them on the Select Backup Account page. To select an account, click the Select Account link that corresponds to the account.
