Account Management Website (AMWS) supports many tasks to manage accounts. The set of tasks available to you depends on your Agent configuration and type of account you have.

View Backup Statistics, on the Summary page.

View Account Activity, on the History page.
*
Retrieve files with MyRoam® (Agent configuration dependent.)

Order CDs or DVDs that contain backed up files. (PC-based accounts only.)

Recover Accounts, from the Reinstall Agent page.
*
Reset Your Password. (Native Connected Backup accounts only.)
*
Edit Profile Information. (Native Connected Backup accounts only.)
*
View Profile Information. (Enterprise directory accounts only.)
*
Select an Account, on the View Accounts page. (Multiple Connected Backup accounts only.)
